Spindles are checked for faults on arrival before being completely stripped & thoroughly checked in
an Ultrasonic Degreasing Tank. Parts are then checked for wear or damage & to ensure they are
within manufacturers specifications.
Spindles are expertly calibarated in a clean enviroment
Once this has been carried
out, a quotation is prepared
for your approval
Ultrsonic cleaning equipment for spindles
Ball Bearing Spindles - Rotors are checked for imbalance and corrected where necessary to obtain optimum dynamic runout, lifespan & quiet running. The spindle is then reassembled in our Positive Pressure
Clean Room facility with new Aerospace Grade Bearings.
Once reassembled & preliminary checks have been
carried out the spindle is subjected to a Test & Run Procedure to ensure reliability when returned to production.		 spindles cleaned repaired and awaiting assembly
Cleaned Repaired & Tested With over 25 yrs experiance in building the belt driven R100 Spindle.
Rotech Spindle Services Ltd are able to offer Replacement Spindles, Service Exchange Units or a repair service for your exsisting Spindles

All spindles are stripped & inspected before being Ultrasonically cleaned and reassembled with Abec 7 bearings.
Spindles are then balanced as an assembly & shaft tapers ground to ensure optimum runout.
The Spindle is then run in ready for production on a purpose
built test rig.
All spindles are supplied with a new collet & nut.
Air Bearing Spindles - Bearings are refurbished or replaced where necessary. The Spindle is then reassembled in a clean room.
After preliminary checks the spindle is tested for imbalance and
corrected where necessary to ensure Optimum Dynamic Performance.		 spindles on inspection
